gredosaproximacionlaguna.jpgIntroduction

The mountain provides a unique environment in which to enjoy outdoor
tours. But the mountain is also a complex environment that requires
knowledge of all possible hazards and appropriate resources to
anticipate them and our business in order to develop properly. When the
time chosen to practice this discipline is the Winter, the demands are
greater: the ground is unstable and the dangers increase, and this,
coupled with the harsh weather conditions, make it more necessary, if
possible, the mastery of certain techniques and its proper
implementation.

This course will seek sufficient knowledge to be able to progress on snowy ground with autonomy, with special emphasis on winter mountain safety, as well as inform you about what you know about the equipment required to practice this sport.

Objective of the course,
This course is intended to acquire the necessary skills that allow you to safely and effectively practice runs for simple mountain winter. Learn the basic techniques of progression on snow field, becoming familiar with all the material and equipment necessary for winter mountaineering. Reserve a substantial section on environmental knowledge, and look at some basic notions of risk prevention.
