Recently I had the chance to test a new watch, the Forerunner 305 from Garmin.

You want to know your energy, you love gadgets, you want to maximize your workouts? As I issued a challenge to the Montreal marathon in September, I wanted to do my workouts and progressive tool I found I needed to move to a higher level!

I look forward to the
test because in addition to the heart rate monitor, the majority of
watches offers training, it has an integrated GPS. I wanted to know how
many kilometers I walked during my workouts and my efforts to assay
cardiovascular.

1 – Commissioning
As soon as I received
it, without reading the manual, I got into the setup menu of the watch.
It was a great test to discover that the simplicity of use makes it
much figure it out and go straight to the point. After 10 minutes I had
set my watch by personal characteristics, time, date, etc.. After it
was installing the software on my computer drive and synchronization
with my new watch. Again the steps are clearly defined, difficult to
get lost! I finally read the manual to know if I forgot the steps …
and no, everything was there!
