The GAM is a classic itinerary Diables famous for its huge roof over twelve feet long that rises about one hundred meters. In opening the hard work it took two cordate. First they tried Manel Cervera and Daniel Verges almost reaching the base of the big roof. Later, in 1970, Remi Bresco, Lluis Costa, Ramon Salvador Gali Ubach and topped the climb directly attacking the roof.

Since then the myth was inaugurated.

 The Sanchez-Martinez is one of the routes more Montserrat pursued. This is a wide-climbing, pretty and disfrutona that runs through three hundred and thirty meters long chimneys, cracks and large plates aesthetic punctuated by spectacular and huge ceilings.
 
 No doubt a perfect climbing as the first contact with the wall.

Wilderness & Fixed Anchors: The proposed prohibition on fixed anchors in forest wilderness land was suspended, to allow a "rulemaking process" (i.e. negotiations), which may take a year.

Camp 4: Thanks to its Friends , Camp 4 is being considered for the National Register of Historic Places (!). Until the final determination is made, there are stricter limitations on development. The Sierra Club won a preliminary injunction against rebuilding Yosemite Lodge, so the National Park Service must now conduct an Environmental Impact Study, and consider alternatives.
