Material / Equipment needed
● Appropriate clothes for the cold: thermal clothing, warm clothing, waterproof jacket, cubrepantalón, gloves, hat, …
● high mountain boots: leather or plastic rigid
● Spare Clothes
Leggings or guetres
● Water bottle
● Front and extra batteries
● Sunglasses and blizzard
● sunscreen cream
● Food ‘Attack’
● Climbing Helmet
● Harness, preferably adjustable
● Crampons with ‘antizueco’ and crossing Piolet
● 2 flat ribbons sewn meeting of 120 cm
● 4 HMS carabiner
● Shopping plate or carabiner brake with self-closing
● 2 express disengaged
● 2 slings 7 mm length and 140 cm
● 5mm and 6mm sling
● Rope 9mm X 60m
● 2 ice screws

Minimum requirements
- Experience in winter mountaineering.
- Land Being or having an accident insurance covering sports activities to be performed. (Since we can manage your card Todovertical federal, or accident insurance)
