Course Ridges, Crests and High Mountain

If your usual activity is climbing, and steps you’ve just
found you can not go, this course is for you.
This course is for climbers who want reliza yascensiones routes where
they can be more difficult steps. Classic climbs like the dreaded Aneto
Pass and Muhammad, Marboré Cylinder, the Besiberris or any crest or
ridge, sometimes require specific safety techniques. We will learn all
these techniques to overcome these steps without difficulty.

It is not a climbing course or climbing wall or technical, but targeted
training to more traditional climbers.



Objective of the course,
This course is designed to acquire knowledge of technical maneuvers and high mountain to overcome specific passages of moderate difficulty in mountain tours. You’ll climb rocky ledge, down a dangerous stretch secured, progress on a glacier or over a ridge to get to your destination. We also review the basics of risk prevention.

Material / Equipment needed
● Clothing appropriate to the season
● Sunglasses
● Comfortable shoes or boots mountain light
● backpack
Sunscreen ●
● Water and some food (nuts, fruit, chocolate, cookies, …)

Minimum requirements
- You must have previous experience in mountain
- Land Being or having an accident insurance covering sports activities to be performed.
Since we can manage your card Todovertical federal, or accident insurance for 9 € / day

One weekend, two days

Sierra de Guadarrama (* OPTIONAL: Gredos or Pyrenees)
