Climbing shoes with cushioning

Wirbelsaulenprobs have quite a search and therefore climbing shoes, which have a
damping element, so that whenever a case is not quite as hard strikes through.

 


 Have seen that makes something like Red Chili. Does anyone have experience
with it, good for what?
 Are there other manufacturers that offer little in the way?
 
 And conversely, there are well-cushioned shoes Walk-in, which you also can
still climb reasonably well?
