LODGING: Huntley or Shoshone Lodge Condominiums. Both are ski-in/ski-out with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, movie theater, restaurant, Chet's Bar (from an old Montana ghost town saloon), shops, and conference center ... all under one roof. Huntley Lodge rooms have 2 queen beds, bath, phone, TV, and fridge; hotel rooms have loft with 3 queen beds. Shoshone Condos feature full kitchens, living room with gas fireplace, dining area, two full bathrooms, and a separate bedroom. These units sleep 4 comfortably and 6 maximum with 1 queen bed, 1 queen Murphy bed and one queen sofa bed. Corner units are larger with slightly better views. Loft units have 2 queen beds plus sofa bed and 3 bathrooms. Village Center studios deluxe studios are located at the base of the gondola with easy access to shopping and dining. Arrowhead Chalets are ski-in/out multi-level with fireplace, hot tub and washer / dryers. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants.

PAYMENTS: Second payment: $ 650 per person due Dec 6. Balance due: Jan 28, 2009. Late payment fee is $ 50 per person and applies to both the second payment and balance due. 

CANCELLATION FEES: All air tickets are nonrefundable when run. $ 600 per person to Dec 6, then $ 1150 per person to Jan. 28, then nonrefundable. Cancellations must be received in writing at Coleman Travel Corporation. Trip cancellation / travel insurance is available and strongly recommended.

Also, if anybody has any suggestions on good places to stay in the Squamish area or South-Western B.C. in general , feel free to pass those tips along too. There are a ton of Squamish and Whistler timeshare resorts , B&Bs, hotels, and campgrounds in the area, but personal recommendations are always helpful.
